It might seem strange that this Australian Aboriginal website is so dedicated to astro-images & information: all I can say is perhaps anyone who thinks this should update their awareness: we’re not all footballers! J

My “Bio” gives some more background but the truth is that I grew up in the racist society that Australia was in the 1950’s & 60’s & still carry some of the “baggage” to this day, exacerbated by my own personal sensitivities. You can never exorcise the past, it is a ghost leaving its’ indelible mark forever, but one thing I’ll never do now is let anyone tell me who I am or what I can strive for success at!

My philosophy on art has struck a chord with First Nation practitioners in North America, South Africa & here in Australia - & by capturing some of the finest amateur Solar System images possible, those achievements are also acknowledged internationally & used by professionals in their own studies.

Any “message” for others (especially young Indigenous Australians) in my endeavours is this:

NEVER BE AFRAID TO CHASE YOUR DREAMS, NOR LET PEOPLE TELL YOU WHAT YOU CANNOT STRIVE FOR - IT CAN TAKE YOU TO THE STARS!
